For people who know to eat enough calories and protein, it will deliver on that promise. It’s based on one of Jeff’s suggested breakfast meals, but modified to meet my protein goals. Thought I would share my favorite breakfast, thankfully I have been eating this for weeks and weeks now, and I love it.
